Each plan includes a number of users (5, 10 or 20 depending on the tier). To invite more colleagues without changing plan, add extra users.
Steps
- Open Settings > Billing.
- In the Users section, check Active users, the number Included in your plan and your Extra seats.
- Click Change extra users.
- Enter the Number of extra users you want, then click Confirm.
- Then invite your colleagues from Users > New user.
Good to know
- Each extra user costs 50 USD per month.
- Card payment: the line is added to your subscription and charged pro rata from today.
- Wire transfer payment: extra users are included in your annual invoice.
- Reducing the number of extra users gives no credit.
- You cannot go below the number of users already present: remove accounts first.
- The number is between 0 and 500.
- Enterprise plans have unlimited users: this setting does not apply to them.
- Only administrators change this number.
