The invoices for your Krak Stack subscription are on the Billing page. They are separate from the invoices you issue to your customers in Finance.
Steps
- Open Settings > Billing and scroll down to the Invoices section.
- Each row shows Invoice, Date, Amount and the status Paid or To pay.
- Click PDF to download the invoice.
- For an invoice To pay, click Pay: the secure payment page opens.
- To change your card, billing address or VAT number, click Card, billing details and tax number. You are redirected to the secure Stripe page, then you come back to Krak Stack.
Good to know
- Only administrators see invoices and the payment method.
- The Payment method section shows the Method (card or wire transfer) and the Card on file.
- With wire transfer payment, Krak Stack PDF invoices are listed in the same section.
- When you move up a plan or add users by card, the pro rata invoice appears in this list.
- A credit granted by Krak Stack shows under your plan (Remaining credit) and reduces your next invoices.
- The last 24 invoices are shown.

I do not see the Invoices section.
It is limited to administrators. Ask an administrator of your company.
How do I add my VAT number to my Krak Stack invoices?
Click Card, billing details and tax number and enter it on the Stripe page. It applies to the following invoices.
My card expired. What should I do?
Update it through Card, billing details and tax number, then pay the open invoice with Pay if needed.
An invoice was just paid but still shows To pay.
The list updates after a few minutes. Reload the page later.
Where do I find my transfer reference?
In the Bank transfer block of the Billing page, field Payment reference (required).
