Your Krak Stack subscription depends on two choices: the product (Trading, or Trading + Leasing) and the tier, which sets the number of included users and the maximum size of your fleet.
Steps
- Open Settings > Billing. The Your subscription card shows your plan, its price, your status and your usage.
- Compare offers in Change plan and click the one that suits you.
- To pay by card, click Pay with card and follow the secure payment page.
- To pay by wire transfer, use the details in the Bank transfer block and include the Payment reference (required).
Good to know
- The current price of each offer (USD per month) is shown in Change plan and on krak-stack.com/pricing: they are the same, and they are what Stripe charges.
- Each tier sets the number of users included and the maximum fleet size; Enterprise (more than 5,000 containers or specific needs) is on quote.
- Users beyond those included are billed on top, at the price shown in Extra users.
- The fleet counts containers still present: sold or retired containers (completed status) do not count.
- Card: monthly charge through Stripe.
- Wire transfer: access is activated when the transfer is received, for 12 months. If the transfer does not arrive, a reminder is sent to you.
- Only administrators see plans, invoices and the payment method.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between Trading and Trading + Leasing?
Trading covers buying and selling containers. Trading + Leasing adds lease contract management.
What happens if the subscription is not paid?
The workspace can be paused. Users are then redirected to the Billing page until payment. Non-administrators see a message asking them to contact their administrator.
Does my price change if Krak Stack changes its prices?
No. A running subscription keeps its price. A new price applies only if you change plan.
Are prices excluding tax?
Prices shown are catalogue prices, in USD per month. For a tax question, open a ticket.
How do I get an Enterprise plan?
In Change plan, click Ask for an Enterprise quote: it opens support.
When is my access activated after a wire transfer?
When Krak Stack records the transfer as received. Always include the payment reference so the transfer can be matched to your workspace.
Card payment is not available.
The message says card payment is not configured yet for your workspace. Use wire transfer or contact Krak Stack.
