Steps
- Open Settings > Statuses & labels.
- Status Library tab: find the status in the list. The Used in modules column shows where it appears (Containers, Leasings, Tradings, Releases, Returns, Invoices, Claims).
- Click edit, then change the Name, colour and icon. Save.
- Company types tab: edit existing types or create your own (customer, supplier, depot…) with name, code, colour and icon.
- KPI colors tab: choose the colour of the indicators in the Leasing KPIs and Trading KPIs sections.
Good to know
- Statuses are managed by the system: only their name, colour and icon can be changed. The code, modules and active state do not change.
- A change applies at once to every module that uses the status.
- Default container status names are in English (In Depot, Booked, Released, In Transit…). You can translate or rename them.
- The five company types provided keep their code and stay active. Types you create are free.
- A company type you created can only be deleted if no company uses it.
- This screen is limited to administrators by default.
Frequently asked questions
Can I create a new container status?
No. Statuses are tied to the application's rules. You can only rename them and change their appearance.
Does renaming change my filters and exports?
Screens show the new name. The status itself and the rules that depend on it do not change.
Will my colleagues see the same colours?
Yes. Settings apply to the whole company.
Why can I not delete a company type?
Either it is a type provided by the system, or companies still use it.
Where do I change container conditions (CW, IICL…)?
In Settings > Container catalog, Conditions tab.
