Workspace configuration
Workspace configuration guides cover company identity, users and permissions, statuses and labels, finance preferences, document settings, and two-step sign-in. Set up the company profile with its name, address, VAT, timezone, base currency, document logo, and workspace colours. Invite colleagues, choose roles, adjust access through Roles and permissions, and review the plan's user limit. Status and label guidance explains renaming statuses, changing their colour and icon, managing company types, and adjusting indicator colours. Finance settings cover depreciation, payment reminders, banking information, bank connection, and currencies. Document and email settings include email templates, sender addresses and copies, document numbering, and receiving depot stock reports. The two-step sign-in guide covers enabling a one-time code delivered by email at each sign-in. Use these articles when configuring shared workspace details and access, or when changing the finance and document settings that affect operational workflows. For email delivery from a company domain, consult the dedicated Documents and email category.
