Companies and contacts
These guides explain how to create and maintain the organisations used in container operations: customers, suppliers, depots, repair providers, and transporters. Learn what company types are for, how to manage your own types, and how to enter company identification, address, phone numbers, VAT, payment terms, bank accounts, and invoice contacts. Contact records can be assigned document roles to determine who receives releases, returns, and invoices sent by email. For existing records, the CSV import guide covers accepted columns, matching companies already in the workspace, and handling the resulting error file. Depot-specific guidance covers entering tariffs in a grid by container type, including fixed fees and free days, and exporting tariffs for depots. Together, the guides help you organise company information and related contacts, apply it to operational documents, and bring company and depot data into Krak Stack in bulk. They describe the available fields and workflows rather than requiring a separate process for each organisation type.
