Notifications and alerts
These guides explain how Krak Stack tells your team what happens on the deals it follows. Each person chooses, event by event, how they are told: in the bell inside the app, in one summary e-mail sent once a day, on working days or once a week, or as a real notification on their phone or computer, even when Krak Stack is closed. The events cover leasing and trading: containers out and returned, the last container back, free days ending soon or used up, and deal status changes. From any leasing or trading, the Notifications window shows who follows the deal and lets you add colleagues or choose the bell, e-mail or phone for that deal only; the deal owner follows it by default. My markets tells you when a container enters the stock in the regions, countries or ports you follow, whatever the deal. An administrator sets the company defaults and the time of the summary e-mail. For alerts that need an action, such as overdue invoices or late pickups, see the dashboard guides.
