Do I need to install anything?
No. Krak Stack runs in a recent web browser. On a phone, you can add it to the home screen.
Which languages is Krak Stack available in?
English and French. Choose the language with the selector at the top right of the sign-in page.
Are documents sent to customers translated?
Your email wording comes from your templates, which you write in the language of your choice in Documents & emails.
Which timezone is used?
Your company's, set in Settings > Company.
Can I invoice in several currencies?
Yes. Your company has a base currency, and other currencies are managed in Settings > Finance > Currencies with their exchange rate, updated every day.
What happens to the exchange rate of an issued invoice?
It stays locked. Rate changes only affect new documents.
How are amounts shown?
With a space for thousands and a point for decimals, for example 1 200.50 USD on the dashboard.
Can I export a list to Excel?
Yes. Use the list's export and choose XLSX or CSV. The export covers the selected rows or the filtered view. The file arrives in the notifications bell.
Can I copy rows without exporting?
Yes, the Copy action puts the rows in the clipboard, up to a certain number of rows. Beyond that, use the export.
How do I delete data?
Delete it from its page or list: it goes to the trash and can be restored. Permanent deletion requires a specific right.
How do I add a customer, supplier or depot?
In Companies, create the company and choose its type. For many companies, use the import.
Can I manage several companies with one account?
Yes, if you are invited to several workspaces. Switch between them with the selector at the top of the menu.
Does Krak Stack work offline?
No, an internet connection is required.
How many rows can a list show?
Up to 50 rows per page. Use filters and search to narrow down.
Why do I not see some amounts?
Your role does not include the See amounts right for that module. Ask your administrator.
How do I change my password or email signature?
In My account, Security and Email signature sections.
How do I switch to dark mode or make tables less dense?
Open Quick settings next to the search, then choose the theme and the Table density.
