Onboarding and data migration service

Krak Stack can move your data in and set up your workspace for you. This service is optional and billed once, at a fixed price agreed before the work starts.

Steps

1. Open Support in the left menu (Administration group) or from your avatar, then click New Ticket.
2. Choose Other in Where is the problem and Request as Problem type.
3. Enter "Onboarding and data migration" as Subject. In the Message, give the size of your fleet, the tool you use today and what you want to import.
4. Add samples of your files (Excel or CSV) in Screenshots and attachments, then save.
5. Krak Stack replies in the Conversation with the scope and the fixed price. The work starts once you accept it.

Good to know

• The service covers a kick-off call, the import of your containers, companies and open deals, the set-up of your statuses, container types, conditions, numbering, company profile and documents, and training for your team.
• The price is fixed in the quote before anything starts: there is no hourly billing.
• It is a one-time fee. It does not change the price of your subscription.

• The service is optional: the imports for containers and companies are included in every plan if you prefer to do it yourself.
